We offer professional execution of steel cutting. Variety of available machines allows us to chose best possible technology for each inquiry.
The cutting process is being supervised by qualified tochnologs and experienced operators.
All you have to do is deliver us *.dxf or *.dwg file and let us do the rest for you.
Below short review of our capabilities.
Laser cutting – we have a KIMLA LASER FLASHCUT LF2060 laser cutter machine with working range 2000x6000mm with nominal power of 4kW. It is an optical waveguide cut-off machine what results in high quality and reasonable price.
Plasma cutting – our STIGAL DYNAMIC with working range 2000x6000mm can cut steel not only fast and precise but also does not heat the material what limits temperature influence on steel internal structure and leaves very narrow kerf.
Water cutting – we can also cut with our KIMLA WATERJET 4121 water cutter with working range 2000x4000mm. It is incredible precision and variety of shapes that defines water cuttig. Whats more cutting process does not influence internal structure of material.
Oxygen cutting – our machine park also includes 3 cutters ECKERT JANTAR 2 with working range 2000x12000mm and 2500x12000mm. One of them is additionally equipped with a jib that extends its working length.
Oxycutting is still the most popular steel cutting method.
