The beginnings of the company ZBUD Ltd. date back to the 80s of last century.
Company management and development strategy since the very beginning have been focused on providing maximum autonomy in
action and execution of orders.
The company currently employs 560 people and has back-up facilities in form of production halls with an area of over
15 thousand m2.
ZBUD offers the largest in the region machines for processing large-size elements, ensuring the possibility to process parts with a
unit weight of the order of several tons.
It has its own professional shot blasting rooms (3 cabins 18x4), paint shops (5 cabins 18x5 and the surface for painting
2 times 20x15) providing the possibility of drying parts after painting and guaranteeing the implementation of protective coatings for
such heavy duty conditions as marine environment.
QUALITY CONTROL DEPARTMENT
In the department of quality control there are employed independent operators performing magnetic and ultrasonic
testing of welded joints.
DESIGN OFFICE
Since the very beginning the company has had its own design office employing experienced designers of mechanical and electrical
sector.
TRANSPORTATION
The company ZBUD carries out the transport tasks, including oversized transport, together with appropriate licenses and pilotage of elements longer than 30m.

For material handling equipment sector we offer a following comprehensive services:
- designing track substructures for overhead cranes as well as crane foundations,
- designing, producing and assembling devices: overhead cranes, hoists and winches,
- modernizing the operated devices,
- servicing and maintaining own devices and entrusted to supervision.
